TCCL is a tool which allows you to load any custom content like Sprites/Fonts/Music/Sounds.

TCCL features: Loads png files (also with XP Transparency Issue Fix), loads fonts (xnb Format), loads Custom Music (Wave Banks), loads Custom Sounds (from wav), skip Splashscreen Option, etc.
